I can advise you to install extreme beta versions of the configurator and firmware.
1. add the lines in the corresponding sections to the zconfig.ini file (which will appear after the first launch of the configurator in the folder where it is installed), as in the screenshot
2. after restarting the configurator, reset the settings to default, which appeared with the same name button
3. make calibration on all axes
4. if there are unused axes (for example, TRudder is not directly connected to the BlackBox Gunfighter - this is the 7th physical axis), then in the Input, set Virtual for them (now there is D-Mars)

I had the exact same issue, as have many others. Mine was fixed by replacing the wiring between the USB pass through and the board. It also fixed phantom button presses.

The beta firmware seems to have solved the problem. I've been using the joystick with the new firmware for three days, and I haven't had the problem.
