Springs were snapped off

Hello VKB engineers.

Yesterday and Today morning, My springs were snapped off one after another.

I've been using 50 + 40 pounders on my Pitch axis and 50 + 30 pounders on my Roll axis.

And all of sudden, the 40 pounder spring has snapped off yesterday right after I finished training so I put another 40 pounders on my pitch axis.

Today morning, right after brief practicing, I heard some breaking sound and my roll suddenly got very light.

As I opened it up, and Yes, It was 50 pounders spring that snapped off.

Since I had tournament recently, I spent quite many time practicing dogfighting and I think every time when I swing my stick fast the spring snaps off very soon. (that's how the wires snapped off too I guess.)

Around a month ago, I had wire problem during dogfighting tournament as well. (viewtopic.php?f=25&t=3012)

This time, It's the spring.

I still have some extra springs to go, but Honestly, I'm not sure they will last any longer.

For the record, I'm using Gunfighter Pro + MCG Pro with extension.

(By the way, I won the tournament at the expense of two springs.)

Another 50 Pounders spring from my Pitch axis has snapped off just now.

Here is a pic of it.

This time, it only lasted 3 days since I changed the springs.

Anyone had the same experience as I had?

Another 50 pounders for my Roll Axis has broken.

Roll axis spring.jpg

Lasted only one day after changing the spring.

3 of 50 pounders and 1 of 40 pounders have been broken so far.

and I am really tired of changing springs and getting used to its slightly different tension.

It breaks every time when I'm about to get used to it and It is annoying how my muscle memory struggles all the time when I put fresh 50 pounders on it.

These experiences are certainly unpleasant and not what customers are looking for.

Maybe I should go out and get a custom made springs.

I'm just curious if you've been contacted by VKB, because if not my faith in their support is falling very fast.

No, Not yet. I am still waiting for their response. I want to believe that they are working on this for next batch of the gunfighter gimbal and for current customers.

And If admins are watching my thread, I found another problem.

During changing cams and springs I found that if I remove the dust cover, the movement becomes very smooth.

And when I put my dust cover back on the gimbal, not only it ruins the smoothness, but also it prevents gimbal from traveling to the edges (especially when you pull 45 degrees) and adds extra tension at the certain point.

Right now, I stopped using 50 pounders and moved down to 40 + 30 combination without using dust cover.

I hope VKB to come up with some ingenious ideas for them.

Another 50 Pounders Spring came off about 20 mins ago.

As always, It happened during dogfighting.

VKB, I'd like to use customized Springs if you allow me to do so.

I'm afraid of using Customized Springs just because of it might ruin my warranty.

Can I use custom built springs?

And why on the springs there is no cambric, which not only absorbs the sound (should it be), but also prevents unwanted engagement between the coils of the two springs? In the delivery must be.

Just had a 50 spring snap in the exact same way as the pics above.
I'm only running single springs at the moment.

So far I have had 4 pairs of springs snap . 3 from the pitch axis and 1 from the roll axis. All of which are the 40 size springs. I do not use any extension on my setup, the grip is attached directly to the base.

Being based in the EU I elected to buy additional springs from the VKB store on Aliexpress ..... be warned, with shipping they are NOT cheap.
