Question about axes

Hi

The profile I downloaded shows all 8 axes enabled but in the test section rot x and rot z aren't activated by any controls. The brake lever and up/down movement of the top mini stick on the MCG aren't recognized. The throttle axis on Gladiator Pro base only moves between the far left and the center on the test axis. Any insight would be appreciated.

Thank You

Look at External devices tab. Axes #1 & #2 from MSG correspond to axes 3 & 4 of Gl controller. In your configuration axis 4 is defined as Virtual so it works as left-right stick movement. Axis 3 is defined as V-Mars. That is from Gladiator default configuration, twist. Try to exchange it to Virtual.

I think similar problem is with brake lever. It uses Axis 5 of MCG and is mapped to Axis 8 of Gl controller with V_Mars type. But on Physical Axes tab you can see Axis 8 type as D-Mars. It was reserved for 3-axes pedals that can be connected to Gladiator. Try to set axis 8 as V-Mars.

About Throttle axis. And all others. I hope after all actions they will work. You must to calibrate them.

You will see differences in axes mapping (External devises tab of default Gunfighter profile). Axis 5 of Gl is Throttle. Analog type. So Axes 3 & 4 of MCG mapped to 6 &7 Gl Axes, left ministick. That is normal.

VictorUS,

Similarly, there a way for disable or hidden the 2 extra axis of T-Rudder (+TinyBox) profile? They are Y and Z and "BrakeV" type in the profile.

Because that axes (not used) are a set a 0 (or all for left) and this cause problem in ARMA3, every attempt to remap commands pick one of this axes first. :x

Logical axes tab. Checkboxes En (enable) and Vs (visible). Uncheck both and enjoy!
