The mode Red light is blinking and WIZZMO can't read any button or axis on the stick but X ans Y and the base

And edit your post with all required information in full.

Please show screenshots of External devices tab. for all connected devices. Their subtabs.

I'm not sure what Film maker and lighting have anything to do with Joystick controller, but your link is: Light it up! Basic Filmmaking 3-Point Lighting and Backgrounds - The Basic Filmmaker Ep 93

Any my problem is pretty clear I'm hoping you not missing my point
The mode Red light is blinking and WIZZMO can't read any button or axis on the stick but X ans Y and the base

That mean all the button on the Gladiator Base is working, the X and Y axis is working but none of the button nor axis on the MCG Pro stick is working.

The firmware I'm using is _Gladiator_VKB_v1_85_B

The External device only show the KG-12 stick, If I install it the Bar go to full-green, install MCG Pro the Bar go bottom-red

Now due to work I can't have them with me for quite a while so I can't give you any Screen shot or any more test.

I believe what I need is the Firmware for this, but I can't find the correct one

Also, as Victorus mentioned, we need screenshots - but anyway, you will read about it in the post I referred you to.
