Ok fixed the problem, disconnected the connector (previously it would come off completley from board pins)and separate two plastic parts apart than fixed lose one back into board pins, seems this time pins locked nicely into the plastic part of the connector.
I was worried about plastic part come of from board pins while joystick is still under warranty so i didn't want to mess with it (board pins are sensitive).
Now it's firm with stable connection, working fine for hours.

Our flight gear remains under warranty for lifetime.
This does not, of course, mean that users are encouraged to bang the joysticks against concrete blocks - but it has always been our point that you may (and often, should) know what is inside, and never be afraid of doing some basic manipulations on the gear.

Glad it worked out with you.

I'm still having this issue. Seems to be entirely due to cables becoming unseated. This wouldn't be a huge problem if it were not for the fact that i have to open the stick up on a near daily basis to re-seat.

Seems other people are having this issue and that it has been nailed down to unseated cabling. How should i proceed?

Always the best first move will be to open a ticket at the dealership you bought the device from.
They will be the fastest to help if it comes to parts replacement.
Even if not, they will be faster because of the same time belt.

Okay, I'll open a ticket about this. Still hoping I can solve my other issue without replacement parts.
