KG-12 for Fat Mamba Question

I purchased this from VKB North America late last year: https://vkbcontrollers.com/?product=vkb-sim-kg12-wwii-combat-grip-5-pin

Unfortunately I cannot get it to work with my Fat Mamba. The Profile linked on the page appears to be for a Gunfighter or Gladiator, not the Mamba. Is there a profile available? I am currently running FW 1.917 on my Mamba and am using the latest VKBDevCfg.

Please show screenshots of axes and button tabs of vkbdevcfg.
And WHAT does not work? Axes, buttons?

Buttons on the KG-12 itself. Buttons and axis on Mamba base are fine. I've gone into VKBConfg and tried several different combinations of Physical and Logical button changes and cannot get anything from the KG-12.

FYI - I opened the KG-12 up and found that it has three wires going to the pins and not five as I would have expected. I thought the KG-12 grip with three wires would not work with the Fat Mamba without putting some type of PCB adapter in the Fat Mamba per this thread?
