We apologize for some interruptions in tech support; it turned out a bit hard to be in different places at the same time
We have to patrol the factories to make sure we get planned things done before Chinese New Year.
Anyway, everything will be back on Monday.
I personally offer my apology to those who need my help at weekend
To everyone: very - I mean very - high percentage of problems is usually caused by errors in updating firmware, calibrating the device, and particularly not defaulting the system after FW update.
By the way, make sure you are running the latest FW version! It is ~921 now.
