Add the User=Developer line to the [User] section of the zconfig.ini file, this will expand the configuration options.
Show a screenshot of the Buttons-Logical Layer and External tab.
Remove the extension cord and mount the handle directly to the base - check for errors.

Here are the error level graph using the extension and not using extension

One interesting finding is that I am quiet sure last time I tried with the stick extension removed (a few post before where I reported the red button triggers #14 button), all my buttons has responds and the error level is mostly 0%.
But this time after I removed the extension, all my buttons does not work and the error is 100%, not sure what went wrong.

I tried to flash this firmware, the flash failed and my gunfighter/blackbox now appears to be bricked. It cannot be reflashed back to 1.92.1 it seems as the flash button is gone and it keeps returning "read / write error, device not ready".

Luckily I have a second blackbox device, that still works...I flashed it to 1.921, but I won't risk trying to flash the second one past 1.921 when I only have 1 left.

Update: I brought it back to life. Problem solved! I'll try the new firmware.

I downloaded it from the link provided by Ron61 on page 2. I think it's a beta configurator so maybe use it with caution

Welp, I tried the new firmware, and a new blackbox. Still have the issue, so it's likely the physical devices.

No official word or help on what might be the cause of this?

I have found the source of the problem of my joystick. One of the pin of my base is stuck as the photo shown and I sent my joystick back to their factory after talking to the dealer/customer representative of my region. I received my repaired joystick today and it seems the problem is fixed.

Damn, lucky. Mine isn't so easily fixed. My prongs seem perfectly fine. I cleaned them with alcohol to make sure it wasn't due to dirty connectors didn't fix it though.

Weird things is... it keeps changing. Now i have a new button (the small pinky button) that randomly presses, when I hold the stick back, in addition to the thumb trigger that randomly activates when I hold the stick right.

I have no idea what's going on any longer. I opened my gunfighter up and fiddled with some cables and the pinky button appears to be fixed, at least for the time being, so I think this is all due to some bad cables/connectors. Problem is, I can't tell if it's the base, or the stick. I'd have to replace them all.

Have you talked to the place you bought your device from?
What you're telling is surely not how our devices should behave, and it's a shame your case hasn't been taken care of long before.
Get in touch with me with full information about the case, including screenshots and all the case history according to our How Top Request Support. Don't forget to tell us what I mentioned above, your location and where/when you bought the device.
We will put an end to this.
Best Regards,
AeroGator

I bought the gunfighter itself second-hand. He provided the receipt though. I bought the MCG myself new. The issue is I don't know whether the problem is the Gunfighter or the MCG...

Ill PM you the details when I can gather them together soon (tonight or tomorrow). Thanks for taking an interest!
