I'm having an issue with my Gladiator Pro Mk2 thumb button (secondary fire) not working. The button only clicks when I hold it down at a certain angle from the very front, and even then it is very inconsistent. If I just regularly press on it, it doesn't move at all.

This is Ticket #57 in the VKB USA system. They told me to put a post here. Can you help me out? Thanks!
