How on Gods Green earth do you update frimware

Received my VKB MCG pro 3 pin today,
First off it has a nice rattle inside the grip so im not sure if its broken to begin with.
Second I can only get several of the buttons working and registering,
My VKBcfg is on the old firm ware 1.85
I have downloaded the vkb frimware file .vkb but have no idea what to do with it
The money that we put into purchase these sticks you would think there would be more instruction on how to get them operating correctly.
