Is there any recommended limit to the use of the springs in the base?
Is it possible to use 2x 50 springs on each axis without causing damage if someone wanted it that heavy?

Oops, you should think about this.

Maybe it's just a defective part. I assume The VKB tested their product and if VKB give an option to use 2 spring on each axis setup, the gimbal must sustain 2x50 springs on one axis. Otherwise it will be just bad design and it will hit the sales. I think VKB will give some explenations regarding this question.

From my experience with (Mk.I). I use 40+50 springs on Y axis and 40+50 spring on X axis with extension but only for 2 days and nothing was bended, everything is working great.
Now im using one 40 spring form couple of months with no extension and everything is fine but I must admit that these 4mm bolts looks pretty fragile...

In the "VKB Gunfighter Mk.II Quick Operations Guide" page 5, item 4, it says the following "... If necessary, two springs can be installed on each axis’ cam." It does not say what size (#) springs can be paired. I would like to use two #50 springs per axis on my VKB GunfighterPro Mk.II.

Can we get an answer from the Tech Support on what is the maximum number of springs that we could use per axis?
