They are working now. I don't understand anything either, bit of a language barrier here. Do you have a assembly diagram for the pedals, I just want to make sure I put everything back in the right order. I have a big washer left over.

Show the photo of this washer against the background of the pedals. To scale its size. Perhaps this will help determine its factory location.
