Gladiator MKII Axes No Longer Working After Update

Updated firmware to 1.81.7 to fix an issue with unresponsive hat switch. Now each axis does not work anywhere. Help!

Details:
Gladiator MKII
Firmware 1.81.7
VKB Wizzo 0.88 and VKBDevCfg 0.83.85
