World of Warplanes not recognizing Rudder Axis

Cannot get World of Warplanes to recognize the rudder axis gives a value of zero. Works fine in DCS,Warthunder and Windows 10 setup if fine. Where is the problem, software, firmware?

Moderators please remove this post it is apparently not going to get an answer and I found the problem is in the game.
