Gladiator MKii Grip is physically off center (pics)

Just opened my new Gladiator MKii and the grip is off center. if I twist it to the right it is centered. Is this normal?

I believe its offset on purpose to be more comfortable in the center position. On my gunfighter you can adjust this and turn the grip straight if you want, I'm not familiar with how the gladiators grip attaches.

The placement of the grip is twisted to the left which is not ideal for right hand placement. I would actually prefer if it was off center to the right for comfort.
What is the procedure for adjusting this on the gunfighter?

In Gladiator PRO Mk.I/II or Gunfighter you can adjust this grip off-set be loosing an screw in the "colar" under grip:

real (Bf 109) grip off-set for pilot comfort - what don't fit well for stick placed at right (F-16 style), a off-set for right (possible in PRO or Gunfighter) will result more practical.
