Warthog Cam Loading

Postby aaron886 » Sat Dec 02, 2017 4:46

Hello, I have a simple technical question: Is the load generated by the W cam symmetrical? The explanation for the existence of the W cam is clear, but not how it functionally compensates for the extra weight of the Warthog grip. I've heard the problem is that the Warthog grip is front-heavy, therefore the W cam creates a different load gradient for forward stick movement than it does for aft stick movement. Is that right? Can I use the W cam in roll for a blend between 10 and 30? I often find that 10 is not enough centering in roll, and 30 is too much.

Thanks!

No you should not install W for roll. It is NOT symmetrical.
Sorry for the delay :)

No problem, thank you for the reply! Could you please pass to your team that more cam options are desired? I would love to have another intermediate option between 10 and 30, especially one that has a more linear force gradient!
