This may be a duplicate, but I couldn't find the post so I'm resubmming

T-Rudder MKIV purchased October 26, 2016 from Amazon.

Stud broke off from base - see photos. It looks like the stud is attached to a plate (two studs on plate - one for each pedal) - if I could get that part I can fix it here and avoid shipping both directions.

Excuse the duplicate post - perhaps there is just a delay in appearing in posts?

See the attached "broken part" - I don't think this is a cam.

Just to confirm - VKB HQ will send you a replacement part asap.

This part can be broken in two ways:
a - the pedals are set too high, and the cam side axes hit the ends of the crescent slots (marked with crosses in the pic);
b - the user presses both pedals at the same time.

We will send the replacement but we have to mention these reasons to make sure this won't happen again.
