VKB-SIM

Got a new set of Mk IV pedals (no other VKB product installed). I tried learning / fooling around with the software, updating firmware, etc.

The pedals work in the sim, however these lights were not there before on the black box:

Sys- RED
Pedals - RED
Stick - FLASHING GREEN
Bus - OFF

Are these indications normal? Why is stick flashing green when I don't have one?

1 - no they are not quite normal.
they are inverted. what should be green is now red, and vice versa.
you can return them into normal via configurator. invest a bit more time learning the configurator software, it will pay back fast.
once you re-invert the light colors, you will have solid green for the devices that work, and flashing red for those that don't.
2 - for the reason explained above, it should be flashing red not green.
exactly because you have no stick. once you get yourself a stick (which I hope will happen sometime before long) it will turn into solid green.
