One of the 3 pins bents a little and is a little loose, joystick runs well for now but do i run any risk in the long run?

That's what/how it should be. The pins need to have some slack and don't have to stand perfectly perpendicular to the base.
The less you mess with the contacts, the better. Don't rock, twist or pull them without obvious necessity, and they will serve you for years.
Joysticks are covered with lifetime warranty, so you are safe anyway.
