Actually the first plug allowed x-plane (therefore Windows 10) to recognized the hardware but not anymore. But it's still recognizing my old Saitek AV8r. Can you help please?

Can you please post a screenshot of the VKBdevCfg software (get it here: http://ftp.vkb-sim.pro/Programms/VKBDev ... 80_8_9.zip)?
Be sure to run this config tool as admin, and enable "Expert Mode" as well - here's how: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=2647

Here is the screenshot with the joystick connected to PC and nothing. Here is too my device manager screen.

Can you please double check the USB cable? Also, can you please try plugging it into another USB port on your PC, or, for testing purposes, connect it to another computer and see what happens?

And which USB port is the joystick connected to? It is not recommended to use blue USB 3.0. Try to connect in black USB 2.0. And the gladiator is visible in the Win 10 device panel?

It does not connect to any other home PC's, and connecting to USB 2 is not working neither. When plugged, the device is not visible in device panel, (while my old Saitek AV8R is)

You're welcome. I've already sent out a USB cable, and if that fixes the issue - great. If not, I will send you the main PCB for you to replace - which, according to UIV, should then fix the issue if the USB cable didn't do it.

Good to know. Then the next item for me to send you would be the Gladiator's PCB.
