Per this document (https://vkbcontrollers.com/?product=gun ... ions-guide), we are advised to loosen the dry clutch on the Gunfighter Pro after receiving it. However, I'm actually quite pleased with it how it is by default. Do I run any risk of prolonged danger to the unit if I continue to use it with the factory setting?

From what I was told by VKB HQ, you won't have any issue running with a tight dry clutch for the duration, as VKB tested for that and found no issues.

The mention of loosening the dry clutch after receiving the product is for those folks who would prefer a more traditional feeling and would have otherwise wondered if their stick was "broken".
