New install of windows 10.
Load up VKBdevcfg-c - test - everything works fine.
Load up Star Citizen
Work fine for 10 minutes - then they crash and become unresponsive.
VKBdevcfg will show them stuck uncentered and they wont respond until I restart the device.
Then it will work for another 10 minutes and crash.
I uninstalled my mouse drivers.
I tried different usb ports. I tried a usb 3.0 powered hub.
I'm using dual t16000m sticks. I have tried combining them into a virtual stick. Still happens.
I don't know what else to do.

So it works 10 minutes only then stops? 10 min. of active work? Or after idle too? Win10 only? Can you check on another computer with Win7?

10 minutes of active work. It will sit idle forever. I don't own any copies of windows 7. It's apparently not just star citizen, it also happens with elite dangerous. I loaded it up and didn't even get to configure my hotkeys before it stopped responding.

Have you tried pedals in any other simulator?
What controller do you use? TinyBox, BlackBox or other

Star citizen and Elite dangerous are the only two games that I play.

Try to turn off the power saving functions on the corresponding USB port (it is necessary to disconnect at all - suddenly you will connect the pedals or the joystick to another port). For example, I use USB 3.0 hub. The picture, I think, is clear?
It's worthwhile to disable it in another place, also for all devices.

Changing the power saving was one of the first things I did.
UPDATE - I figured it out. USB 3.0 sucks. I bought a new 2.0 hub, reconnected everything. Worked flawless. Went through one by one for science, and it turned out to be TrackIR5 on usb 3.0 breaking everything randomly. Sometimes the pedals would go out, sometimes the stick, ect. Drove me crazy.
Thank you very much for your commitment to helping me solve this issue.
