Upon first connecting the gunfighter pro with the kg12 grip, everything worked fine: axes were detected as well as buttons and both the blue sys and green stick lights were solid.

I then installed the TMW with the adapter and after loading the TMW profile, I am only registering axes movement but no button detection. The blue sys light is solid but the stick light is blank.

If I reinstall the kg12 grip, I get the same: blue sys light is solid but the stick light is blank.

I have checked twice that no wires were damaged within the TMW and that the adapter was installed correctly.

This is what happens when I attempt to load the TMW profile via VKBdevCfg:
- open VKBdevCFG v0_79_9_9
- click on blackbox GF
- click load
- select the profile
- The device resets.
- When I hit "set" it just says "no new data" and nothing new happens. Same results over and over.

On the buttons page in the VKB config tool, with "Poll" ticked, do any of the slots light up when a button is pressed?

Not sure where you are seeing "poll". If i go to the button wizard page and press buttons on the joystick, nothing happens. Same thing for the buttons tab under test on the bottom.

Can you install KG12 grip back? And don't forget load to Blackbox the default profile

Different grips used different configurations. Every time after changing the grip need to load a profile too.

More detaial about Blackbox leds.
"Stick" led. If green - the blackbox sees the grip and base controllers. If red blinking - can not communicate to controllers (grip or base or both).
If you mount the warthog grip to the base, right profile was loaded, the led is greed - check the buttons by vkbjoytester http://ftp.vkb-sim.pro/Programms/VKB_JoyTester.zip
If buttons doesn't work - need to check the cable connection inside Warthog grip. Also need to check the buttons mapping in vkbdevcfg-c (I can upload the screenshot with explanation later)

After loading the KG12 profile and mounting the KG12 stick, the buttons began to work, although the LED's remain sys solid blue and everything else blank.

After taking the KG12 off and mounting the TMW again and loading the TMW profile, I still get no response from button presses, the LED's remain sys solid blue and everything else blank.

I've checked the wiring connections and everything is where it should be.

I'll standby for the screenshot of the button mapping as I do not really understand how to alter that.

I'll prepare the instructions for you ASAP.

I see what you were talking about now. Nothing lights up after pressing all the buttons and Reg#1-3 are white instead of dim

Please, run VKBDevCfg in Expert mode

Close vkbdevcfg
Edit zconfig.ini file (located in same folder with vkbdevcfg)
Add to section
[User]
User=Developer
Save.
Run vkbdevcfg
Open "hidden" tab

Post the screenshot.
Click on the "Stat" button. What do you see?

For my sanity's sake, I reinstalled the TMW stick to the TMW base to confirm all the buttons still work, and they do.

So my only conclusion is that there is either something faulty with the adapter or with the software.

Blackbox can not communicate with adapter (Lost 100% of data packages).
Could you connect the KG12 grip to the base of the joystick (without an extension). It is also necessary to return the joystick to the factory settings. viewtopic.php?f=27&t=2654
