Replacing #10 Cam with the Warthog cam.

I took of the #10 cam without taking note of the order for the locknut, washer. Where does the lock nut and the washer go in between for the pitch axis cam? does it go between the screw and the cam? or between the cam and bearing? In other word whats the order.

Also, Im having lots of trouble taking off the #20 springs? whats the best way to take off springs? I heard needle nose pliers work, but how do you apply the needle nose pliers to take of the springs?

From that picture, could someone confirm that it should be the following for the pitch cam,
starting from left to right:
Screw> Cam > Washer> Lock washer > bearing> nut?

I have it this way, i hope that's right.

Springs:
Yeah that video helps a bit yet it makes it look easier than it is. I don't think he's putting on the #50 springs like i am
Would be nice if the video were slower and not skip some stuff but I get it was suppose to be a quick demonstration.

@UIV, Thanks for posting this. I just realized that the X axis on mine did not come with the washer. Only the spring washer was installed. What's the dimension for the washer?

I think thats normal, my x axis doesn't have a washer either. I think only the y axis, pitch axis, is the one with the washer as well as the spring washer.

Why there is no washer on the 2nd cam but only a spring washer?
After changing the spring to 40 the metal cam was rubbing against the black part until i put a washer there like the other metal cam has from factory and now the cam is lined up perfectly parallel and not rubbing against the black part.

Yes the washer resolved the issue. Now the cam is in a perfect parallel position.
This problem of the cam rubbing against the black part showed after i changed the spring from the factory 20 to 40. So i guess it put more pressure to the cam at an angle making it rubbing against the metal part.
After i put a washer there between the spring washer and the cam the problem went away.

I have put everything back together, cant take more pictures anymore as i went through hell taking apart and putting back together 5 times yesterday.

I looked through the pics i took yesterday and found one at a different angle, hope this helps.

I had the exact same issues with mine I've just recieved, spring washer missing from same axis and cam was "off" and not lined up properly with the contact point bearing. I added a spring washer of almost same size which sorted it and no problem since but you may want to check future batches as sounds like a few are not assembled correctly. The 1 or 2 mm is enough to cause the cam to rub a minor amount (very minor in mine, doubtful it'd cause anyone an issue). Obviously it is easily fixed and I was changing springs anyway so wasn't a big deal, just thought I'd let you know it seems like a few units may have spring washer missing.
