Anybody Explain what Partial Write does?

Postby Weegie » Wed May 03, 2017 14:29

In the VKB Device Config I see a box for Partial Write

Can anybody explain what this function does? I was wondering if it would be worth enabling it

Partial write allows to apply not all parameter changes to controller but only chosen. Similar to calibration of checked axes.
For example. You have current profile that use in game A. Then downloaded another profile with button assigning for game B. But if you will apply all parameters may be you must recalibrate axes because of differences in sensor properties. You can load new profile but write button parameters only.
