I tried connecting it to other USB hubs, all of them to be exact. nothing is showing up..

Someone said the problem could be : electrostatic discharge (ESD).

Contact Eduard for replace the USB-controller.

I contacted him, waiting on reply.

Can I replace the USB-controller? or do I need to send it back?

It's easy. Just unscrew few srews.

Did you get a new controller PCB?

As discussed via email, please, provide us exact cabling setup you used at the moment where the second controller is damaged. We need to understand how it happened before sending another spare controller to replace. I believe it is caused by wrong cabling.

Yeah, it replaced it with no problems.

You are right Eduard, 2 times I managed to kill the controller by the usb cable that powers the blackbox, was inserted into the sys slot in the joystick and instantly killed it. x2 times. ( by wrong cabling )

Could you guys test this? i'm sure you can replicate this easily.


1.Joystick was connected to the PC.
2.Pedals were connected to the Blackbox.
4.Pulled out the USB cable from the blackbox and inserted it in the SYS port and it got instantly killed(joystick)
5.The usb cable with the ending square was inserted in the SYS port and killed it. (cause it fits for some reason)
6.The usb cable was powered by my pc when I inserted the square usb  in the SYS port and killed it.

Eduard will send you another new controller.
But please, never plug USB connectors to the BUS or SYS ports (they are for RJ-45).

Status update: the new controller was sent and the joystick works again.
