Hello,

I've just submitted a payment through paypal for the Mk.II Pro Joystick, to be sent to Germany.

The payment was finished correctly by paypal, and the money has subsequently been credited to my account.

However, in the Transaction Results of your website, the following message appears.

"Your payment could not be processed.

Please transfer the amount of € 243,21 to the following account and please mention your order number 1429 in the field as reason:

Account owner: VKB FSC Europe
Bank: ABN AMRO
IBAN: NL91ABNA0447020803
BIC/SWIFT: ABNANL2A

Your articles will be delivered within 3 days after your payment."

What is up with this?
Will my order be processed at all as a result, or not?

Thank you for your interest in VKB products and ordering with us.

I confirm that your payment is processed and your order is accepted. The order will be shipped during a week of the 17th of April.

I am aware about the issue. Rarely, our website got no confirmation from PayPal during certain time and, therefore, assumes that the payment was not successful, however, a bit later the session could be acknowledged and payment is accepted, eventually. But I understand that it is misleading and confuses our customers. Currently we test new website and expect this issue to be fixed.
