2 problem questions

I have these problems that I hope you can help me on.
1. I use the Gladiator with Combat Flight Simulator 3.0. When I saved the profile from WIZZO, I saved it as a *.cfg file to the same folder that CFS3 stores its profiles as file_name.xca files. However when I run CFS3 and check the Control Options where it shows the various sticks and configurations used by CFS I can’t get CFS3 to recognize the *.cfg profile created by WIZZO. What I did to get it working was use the CFS3 Control Options to map the buttons on the Gladiator to the keys used by the game and allowed me to use the Gladiator in CFS3, but it obviously isn’t using the *.cfg file from WIZZO. How do I do this?
2. When using WIZZO I couldn’t find a way to adjust the pitch, yaw, roll sensitivities. How do I do this?
