Ron61...

I did as you told me. Alt PrtScn the vkb window and Ctrl V in to MS Paint. No problemo. Save as JPeg and add to forum message as attachment. All good. So why did it come out so small on screen this time?? I made the vkb test window full screen and did Alt PrtScn to see if that made a difference and it didn't... :?

Run the configurator or Joytester and press ALT + PRTSCR, open Paint and paste. In the lower right corner, look at the scale - it should be 100%.
Remove the white unused area will help a small box, in the screenshot is highlighted with an arrow and a circle. Do not hurry and everything will turn out. :D

Make changes to zconfig.ini, like here http://forum.vkb-sim.pro/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=2470#p24463. Show a screenshot of Global.

Your pedals work. Problem only with LED on the Blackbox.
Am I understand right?

Thanks or the reply UIV. 8)

The problem is I didn't get any response from the T-Rudder in DCS World options so I used VKBConfig software to check pedals and blackbox, just to make sure everything is ok. After using VKBConfig I tried reconfiguring rudder in DCS options again but still no response. So I tried VKBConfig again, but i pressed some buttons... I think bootloader. After I did this both the blue(SYS) and green(Pedals) LED's went out. Only after unplugging the USB cable and replacing it did the SYS LED come back on, but not the pedals LED. I tried using the T-Link software too but it doesn't even recognise my pedals are connected! Any ideas how to solve this, because the test report produced by the VKBConfig software insists that certain values that were programmed in to the blackbox are out-of-range... I think it still needs correcting. Surely the green LED should come back on and the values should not be out-of-range if everything is working normally?! :? Any ideas?

God bless you Ron61, 8)
After adding the two extra lines of text to zconfig I restarted VKBDeviceConfig and the first thing I noticed was that the Default button had reappeared... so I pressed it. And, hey presto, the blackbox restarted and both the blue & green LED's are on now. :D

Many thanks!

Bingo! :D
It is still necessary to update the firmware and configurator.
Do not forget to write the well-known lines in Zconfig.ini. Calibration, too, do not forget to do (I hint at the lack of check-box "Cal" in Basic).
