Hello,
I've just bought a second had mk2 mamba to use in my second hand. When I plugged it in the VKB config software said the firmware was too old so I should update it. It was 1.3x, so I downloaded the latest firmwares and zbootloader, and followed the instructions to upgrade the firmware to 1.8x. Since doing that, every time I connect I get a CPUID error in the config software, and none of the buttons on the stick work. The axes work, however.
The biggest problem is that now I can't do anything with the firmware; zbootloader no longer recognises the device. Does anyone know a fix for this?

Re: BM Mk2 firmware
You must use configuration tool VKBConfig version corresponding with firmware. Look here http://forum.vkb-sim.pro/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=908. 0.79.04 for 1.82.

Re: BM Mk2 firmware
Hi, thanks for replying. I installed that version of the config tool, and re-flashed the device. I now get no errors, but no buttons from the stick are recognised at all. Is there any simple trouble shooting I can do before I assume it a falty grip or connection?
