[RESOLVED] T-Link not working with VKB Mk IV T-Rudder Pedals

Hi,
I downloaded T-link V06.28 from the VKB USA website and tried to use it to configure toe brakes on my T-rudder. My T-Rudder Black Box is running V1.8 firmware.
When I click "Start" in the T-Link GUI, the following message appears: "Controller doesn't support T-link - Upgrade Firmware" and I have to close T-link.
I can't find any firmware newer than what I'm running, i.e., V1.8.
Help, Please.

Hi,
I contacted UIV for him to look at your post. He should be able to provide more info. It might be possible that the T-Link software will have to be updated by VKB in order to be compatible with the Black Box controller. Stay tuned!

Thanks.
I was under the impression that the new version (V628) had been updated to include T-rudders with the Black Box. We were advised that such an update would be coincident with the arrival of the Gunfighter joysticks.
I've had my rudder pedals since October 2016 and have been waiting for the "Gunfighter", i.e., Black Box update, to T-link.
If the version of T-link that is noted and available for download on the VKB USA website is in fact incompatible with Black Box T-Rudders, then a notice as such should be posted on the VKB Website to avoid the confusion for US buyers.

Good point. For that, however, I would need to be 100% sure about this myself before I remove the link. Waiting on feedback from UIV (and hopefully some info on an updated software version).

To elaborate a bit - VKB has switched to a different IDE (integrated development environment) and they're having some issue with some of the libraries; on top of that, they encountered some bugs with the T-Link software they're wanting to beta test. So, a little more patience is needed.

Ok, more patience given.
Thanks for the elaboration.

Latest news is that ILya is waiting on Alex (the developer) to deliver the latest beta build; Ilya told me he's going to ask again...
Since I am not a developer, and without having any insights into the process, I would like to have this out for testing and in your hands "yesterday", but then again, if I were a developer I might realize how tedious this might be considering a) it's not the only project Alex is working on, and b) having a new software IDE might complicate things. So right now, everybody is stuck in the waiting "loop".
