Mine broke the other day as well... Mamba MkIII w/ extension; was the spring for the pitch axis. Only one spring left as a spare. What if that one snaps as well?

Now my second spring broke, from the roll axis this time. That means I had to get some much too soft of a spring to fly at all, and that doesn't work well with the extension for my Mamba.

So, I will contact Daisy and Ilya directly again and see if they're more forthcoming with spare parts. Initially they claimed would not send spare parts directly because of shipping cost... but as a customer, that really rubs me the wrong way...

Long story short - VKB will have to provide spare parts; it's their responsibility, so long as the product is still under warranty. The excuse that shipping is too expensive is not the customer's fault and should not matter!

Dear Rainer, you already contacted us by email, and I see Daisy already replied your email.
Sorry for late reply, because there is big time gap between USA and China.

I can confirm that springs break/seem brittle. The default springs on my Fat King Cobra Mk 4 (ser no: 0010, April 2015) both broke within a 5 moth interval.
Not a big problem yet since it was supplied with plenty of spare though. :)

Greetings guys,

I can also confirm it.

My "roll" spring broke 2 days ago after around 6 month in use.
I wrote Daisy already and asked her how to get a new one (or better 10 to be save...)

best regards
Stefan

PS. I bought the Black Mamba Mk III Limited Edition from "flightsimcontrols.com"

Thank you, guys, for the information. We will add more springs for spare parts.
We already sent to VKB Europe the additional springs.
