Need some support...Broken Trigger..

Hi
I need to get in contact with some support please. I have an issue with my new gladiator joystick.
I ordered it early Sept and it arrived early Oct from US..I am in NZ.. so that is all cool.
I have been using it just over a week and the trigger failed catastrophically.
It sheared in half while using it quite normally. I was shooting someone down in a flight sim and it tore in half, felt like it teared.I was not using extreme force or any thing, just normal use.
I was very surprised.. I have been raving to all my online flight sim friends about how great this product was and it has failed so dramatically with such a basic component.I feel a bit silly for telling everyone how great this joystick was.. and suddenly kaput..I have not told anyone yet,will see what happens but
I hope it is just unlucky on my part, I got a defected unit and all others have strength and integrity in this fundamental part.
I have been loving using the joystick and it is very good.. apart from the obvious problem I have just had...
So please send me to the person to talk to about this,I need a new trigger unit sent to me,
I have another problem, but I can live with it, that the button A1 was depressed and has not popped back up.
I have been involved in flight sims for over a decade and used many joysticks, and I have found your one to be very good to fly with, I love the feel, its kind of loose but precise.. its a great product.. BUT.. a broken trigger.. its a BIG problem.
Please help me fix this situation.

That's very unfortunate :(
Archimedes would have enjoyed the demonstration, though. :mrgreen:
The heat of battle must have been quite significant. I know I tend to squeeze harder when I'm struggling to hit my target.
You should get a replacement part, it's very easy to remove the trigger and put a new one in place.

It would probably be better to contact sales_en@vkb-sim.pro as it should fall under the purview of the warranty.

Maybe one day we'll have the opportunity to order titanium parts as an option :roll:

Hi guys
If you have the pedals mk. IV you can use the keychine with the metal trigger :idea:
I used it for the Gladiator(be aware it is risky for your fingers and eyes).
