button on lower Grip not working

Hi Guys
[SOLVED]
Just got my gladiator Pro and have a problem.
The button on the lower part of the grip in not functioning.
Help someone.

I just got mine too so I could be wrong, as I haven't gone through all buttons yet, but I do believe that is the SHIFT button.

This is not a failure, as it should be. It's Shift.
