Hi, just got a gladiator in the mail today, the shift key does not activate when the detent clicks but only when i pull down very hard on the button past the detent, this makes it pop in and out of shift, is there anything that i can do about this other then send it back? If their is adjustment in the stick i will give it a try but i dont want to cause an issue if i have to send it back. THanks.

To check Shift (pinky button) try to use Windows utility - Devices and printers. Press triggers while shift is pressed or not. You will see different button numbers.
