Cobra M5 axis not working

Hi,i have cobra with njoy32 controller i cant get Y axis working i tried connect both sensors and there is no movement,looks like something bad with controller happened..

Cobra M5 is not VKB product, but I try to help.
Do you made calibration in VKBDevCfg software?

I tried no reaction from Y axis.

Raw value of Y axis is -1. The controller can not connect with Y-sensors.
1) Sensor does not work
2) Problem with cable or connector
3) Controller's port problem
Please, swap the sensors and upload dxtweak2 screenshot again.

Long time ago I have had similar problem. Pay attention to cable connecting MARS with controller, especially 3-wire connector near sensor. It can look good, but wire is broken inside insulation plastic.

I tried both sensors and cables on X and Y axis they work only on X.But i realised when i hold cables connector not fully pushed into boards connector i can get movement on Y axis it looks like there is bad contact on controller,connector itself looks normal.
