Where is software support for new Gladiator stick?

My new Gladiator stick is up & operating.Are there software downloads that will make it easier to apply to the flight sims I play:Battle of Stalingrad& Moscow ,Rise of Flight and Cliffs of Dover? The site given in the instruction sheet in all in the Russian language.

The information in the sites you recommend seem to apply to the Black Mamba joystick,does it also apply to the new Gladiator stick? :?
