Load attached macro file and test it.

Re: Fat Black Mamba Mk.III - Mode switch not working
I updated my Firmware successfully, but it's still not working for me.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
My steps are:
1. Load the Mary profile.
2. Press Set on the Devices section.
3. Assign the Macro (Macro 1) to a button.
3. Press Set on the Action tab.
That's when I get this problem.
Could somebody provide me with the instructions how to use a macro? As far as Load/Save/Set operations.
Did any other downloaders get this to work?

Try another attempt. However this is beta)) I saw such messages too.
This test lets you type text Mary had a little lamb in any text field (address bar in browser for example) or text editor (notepad) pressing specified joystick button. Or on Test tab.
Check Log Enable and Keyboard. After this test you must restart VKBDevConfig to continue setup.
And to enable keyboard check Map and choose Classic in Mode combobox on Global-Common tab.

No luck.
I've updated my firmware and used the 0.76.9.0 software and still get the Write Flash Error.
I'm stumped at this point.
I used both the Test tab and notepad, and both tests failed for the Macro.

Can you make other settings? Button mapping and so on? Does warning message appears?

Re: Fat Black Mamba Mk.III - Mode switch not working
I just tested the same macro I created for that thread (buttons sequence) and it works flawlessly using the latest Device Config v0.76.9.2 and the v1.77E firmware for the Black Mamba (not the Fat version).
I also changed the macro and used a keyboard input and it's also working.
(I tried Left Ctrl + A instead of button 8 and it's been applied correctly)
As we should have the very same controller, I assume it has to be software related (and thus, it should be fixed soon)?

Re: Fat Black Mamba Mk.III - Mode switch not working
I think I've found bug and solution. No. Workaround yet.
I tried to set macro. I loaded Mary.mcr, checked Enabled and pressed Set on Macro tab. OK. Then assigned button to macro#1 and pressed Set. I saw message Write flash error. I pressed Set again and saw No new data. But specified button was assigned to macro. On Macro tab I pressed Get but macro list was empty - No function for all elements. I loaded macro file once again, pressed Set on Macro tab. Then I opened Skype window, pressed button and saw, that Mary had a little lamb!!!
So my recommendation is
1. First of all assign a button to macro.
2. Then set macro.
Try.

Re: Fat Black Mamba Mk.III - Mode switch not working
Run VKBdevConfig, open Global - Common tab. Set #But parameter to 128 (max value). This number of buttons (physical or /and logical will be available)
Check RegN on Global - External. Number of registers for Fat Black Mamba set to 5 (number of registers of physical buttons connected).
