Gladiator NXT suddenly stopped working

Those lights indicates that your joystick is uncalibrated. Navigate to Test/Axes, then click on the Start Calibr button (under Tools tab). Move your joystick along pitch and roll axes, twist it, move the minithrottle up and down, press on the center button of the A1 ministick (if you have the Premium version) and move the ministick along its axes. When done press the End Calibr button. If everything went well now your joystick is properly calibrated and the lights won't be flashing anymore.

Following up on this thread after a few months of usage: I've not had this issue with my Gladiator K ever since I cleaned the contacts and re-seated the grip. It was the only thing that stood out of the things I've done so far; I was pointed to it by the fact that I was seeing very high error counts in the VKBDevCfg utility when moving the joystick around in certain directions.
