Right joystick not detected

This is a desktop system, but my laptop has no issues. I have also changed my motherboard in order to try and see if VKBDevCfg was having a hardware error. So far, the right stick is seemingly not having any major detection issues anymore, but these joysticks do prefer being on separate USB controllers. I will look into a USB expansion card and see how that goes.
