I have opened a support ticket on my VKB-Shop account since the April 26 and I still don't have an official response.
Can I have a statement
by VKB on the taking into account of this ticket because I have, since my purchase, a faulty stick.
Is it usual to ask customers to try to repair a product under warranty themselves ? Sorry but I'm not an electronic engineer so ask me to dismount the joy and starting to connect pins with a screwdriver is going a little too far for me.

Hello,
Mine has a similar issue.
No led status, no blinking, no windows detection
I tried with 2 others computers. Same...
What can I do ?

Unfortunatly, I have no VBK order number.
I've bought in France (local dealer) in Sept-2017 :/
Is there any way to buy a new PCB ?

Doesn’t matter, just write to that email address and explain the symptoms. But before that it wouldn’t hurt to open up the base and check if the wires and cables are properly plugged in. Check also the USB cable to make sure it’s working fine.

Ok fallout9.
I've opened to check cables. Everything seems OK.
So I decide to check if the USB +5V is coming to the board. => OK
Unplugged all axis connection to retry USB detection => Still not detected, no LED
I've send a email last Saturday.

Is that leftover Flux? I don't think it is good for Microchips, if they soak this in...?
