I bought the STECS - MAX last week and its a lovely to use but I am finding I do not really need so many buttons and it is a lot bigger than I thought.

I am not asking if I can return it.

But I was wondering since your system is modular is there any way to down grade it to a – Mini Plus I realise I might have to buy a new base plate and I assume disconnect something inside it.

Or if this isn't possible could I return the unit and swap it for a Throttle System – Mini Plus I am not interested really in refunds just a question

Actually you don't need a new base plate for the Mini Plus, just disconnect the STEM, remove the MFH and you have a STECS Mini Plus. Don't forget to reset to default and recalibrate afterwards.
