Hello!

I need help please. I just received my new joystick today and put it together. I tried to use the new youtube instructions to flash and calibrate the joystick

I downloaded the firmware, configurator and bootloader.

The flash process went smooth with no issues it seems. For calibration when I click on the default button, the program crashes and I have to open it up again, every time. I get a flashing purple light on my box and then I have to reopen the config again. Then it says I need to calibrate controller. I click on yes but nothing shows up to calibrate like on the youtube video.

The Buttons/POV tab just has a small red box.
Axes 1 Tab shows nothing
External Devices Tab shows the MCG ultimate 2.17.15 and GF Base 2:17.8

Both have green bars with one lit green bar at the bottom.

If there is a customer service number I can call, please let me know.

Finally, my black box has a blue light with flashing red on the left side above the red button.

I am disappointed and frustrated. I shall retire to bed now. I would appreciate any and all help. Thanks!

A 3.0 usb hub is necessary for sufficient power it appears.
