Brand new Gunfighter Standard Sticky HAT

Just got in and first flight had trim on my DCS F-86F to the center hat marked Master Mode. The top position and top left have a tendency to stick. Sometimes it get physically stuck other the button returns to center position but keeps sending the signal the button is pressed. Have tried to blow out with a duster can in case just some manufacturing trash but did not fix. Tried with button topper off and just the shaft and did not fix. Have submitted a ticket online, any troubleshooting hints in the meantime?

Most probably not properly calibrated - reset to default, then calibrate like shown here.
Also, the Master Mode has 2 modes - digital/buttons/pov and analog/axes; the axes are programmed as Relative (keep last position) and not Absolute (return to center). See this for options on ministicks reprogramming.

Yes indeedy. Did not think of it as an axis when I calibrated out of the box. Seems to work in keytester, will test fly later tonight.
