Blackbox mkII red blinking not showing in Bootloader

My blackbox is not showing up, the gunfighter is showing green but the black box is red blinking. Holding down the button, releasing it. etc... is not doing anything. It's not showing up in Bootloader, or Windows Device manager. I have cycled it, plugged it in while holding the button down (it just stays black). If I push the button on startup it will flash and the blue light blinks faster.. but nothing shows up in the software.

I did take the back off, just to look at it. Did not change anything and just put it back together.

Does it show up in VKBDevCfg? If yes, then select it and click the Default button, followed by Yes at the configure popup.
Make sure you use the original cable and plug it to the back of computer.
