SCG mk2 PoV stick to mouse XY issue

I am unable to get the mini stick inputs to mouse axis. Tutorial was followed, settings are checked with Mouse > Relative + Always On and POVs output > Mouse Rel. I have left and right mouse inputs already working on buttons on the same stick and no combination on X Y axis setting yield any result in mouse outputs. Tests show inputs are find so nothing physically broken.
