Gunfighter Mk4 all button and trigger stop working

Hi, I just get my new mk4 base yesterday and I reconfigured my old mk3 MCG grip with the upgrade kits installed, I tested it on my computer yesterday and everything is properly working, include all the buttons trigger and POVs, but when I open DCS today and trying to reconfiguration my profile in game, it suddenly stopped working, all the buttons trigger and POVs are not working in games and the VKB Software, and I also notice 10% communication error on my MCG Grip, the LED light on the grip is on and showing green, the LED on balck box #1,#2 are green, I couldn't figure out what happened on my devices and trying to get some help here.

Make sure the grip is seated properly on the base. If it is, revise the tail's connections.

Hi, I believe the grip is properly attached on the base and I reconnect it several times, I notice the LED on the grip is on and green and I can see it in the VKBconfig software
