Gladiator NXT EVO Pro Twist Axis sticky, won't return to center.

My Gladiator NXT EVO Pro Twist Axis is very sticky and will not return to center until I physically center it. Any advice? It has been like this since I got the stick, but online advice says this problem disappears over time. Except it hasn't.

Please get in touch with your local provider and send them a video with the issue.
