two switches not working Gladiator NXT

Postby RockAir » Tue Dec 10, 2024 5:46

The center hat switch - switch 6 is intermittent. Doesn't give a consistant response.

Also my second trigger, the black one, works in up postion only. Not sure what button that is supposed to be but up position is button 21.

Also had a spring break which i replaced with one from the included parts.

Is there any way to fix the second trigger and the inop button on the hat switch?

Thanks

Try a reset to default and see if that fixes the issues with the buttons not working. Make sure you click Yes when you're getting the configure popup.

I did that and got another popup that I need to calibrate controller, but when i hit start calibr nothing happens. Are there instructions on how to calibrate somehere?

Button 6, top of the middle hat switch is still intermittent, it doesn't stay pressed and doesn't always register unless i press very firmly, and then it sill sometimes releases button 6 even when holding.

The other issue with the second trigger is some sort of hardware failure. It clicks and is normal when I presss up and get a button 21 response. Pressing down is mushy and there is no audible click or button response.

Might be that the rapid fire trigger is damaged; go for a service ticket please.
