Gladiator K SCG Premium - Z Axis not 0 after FW upgrade

Hi,

After upgrading the firmware, my throttle when set to idle, is not showing 0 on the Z Axis. Before the FW upgrade it was fine. I reset the joystick to default and did a recalibration - nothing worked. Help please

Show the Profile-Axes tab from the configurator.

as requested - I didn't touch them, neither before, nor after the firmware upgrade.

You have not calibrated the specified axes, and without this there can be no talk of any normal operation. As long as both columns show 255, the axis is not calibrated. Try resetting to default and recalibrating.

Well I did reset and recalibrate multiple times already, with this being the current result. But I will try the whole process with the Joystick directly connected to the PC. Currently I'm connected via an Anker USB Hub.

1) How should the Axis screen look like after a "successful calibration" ?
2) Just to double check - which of those would be the correct FW for my stick?

The firmware must be selected according to your installed grip.

Pardon my ignorance, but I have no clue about this. I bought the stick 4 years ago and this is what my order said:

VKB-Sim Gladiator K (China Express Airlift) - SCG Premium-R(ight)

Hence that's what I put in the title of this forum post. So can I assume that the FW file called _Gladiator-K_SCG_v2_18_9.vkb is indeed the correct one? Because I did receive errors after my first flash attempt. Since I managed to flash it, the stick shows as VKBsim Gladiator K XT2 ... no idea what the XT2 stands for :shrug:

That's right, this is the correct firmware.

This time, I flashed the stick once more with the (already) correct firmware but directly connected to the PC and did the calibration in one go.

I also ran into this issue as well. I downgraded to v2.168 and I no longer have axis issues, but now I experience some delayed inputs when pressing buttons (ex: if I press button 12, right on hat A2, several times it sometimes doesn't recognize the inputs).

Upgraded/Downgraded to v2_18_5, this resolved the Axis issue and delayed button press issue I was having.
